Refund & Cancellation Policy

(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to deliver authoritative, high-value technical advisory sessions, validator infrastructure briefings, and custom research publications. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures governing session cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds.

1. Advisory Sessions & Consultation Bookings

When you reserve a technical consultation (such as our Protocol Architecture Advisory or Validator Infrastructure Briefing), our senior researchers dedicate specific calendar hours and perform advance scoping analysis.

A. Cancellations by Client

• More than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel a scheduled consultation more than 48 hours before the confirmed start time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of the session fee, minus any third-party bank wire transfer processing costs.
• Between 24 and 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations submitted between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session start time are eligible for a 50% partial refund, reflecting the research preparation already undertaken by our Bangkok desk.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the scheduled video conference or in-person meeting (“no-show”), are non-refundable.

B. Complimentary Rescheduling

We understand that engineering emergencies arise. You may reschedule any confirmed advisory session once without penalty, provided you notify our desk at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment. Rescheduled appointments must take place within thirty (30) calendar days of the original date.

2. Custom Research Reports & Protocol Due Diligence

For bespoke technical research projects, smart contract architecture reviews, or specialized node load-testing memoranda:

1. Prior to Research Commencement: If a client requests cancellation before our analysts begin work, a full refund will be issued.
2. Work Already in Progress: Once research, code auditing, or hardware lab benchmarking has commenced, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of completed analyst hours and lab runtime allocated.
3. Delivered Research Dossiers: Once the final written technical dossier or research memorandum has been transmitted to the client, the service is deemed fully delivered and is non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable:

• Completed consultation hours and delivered video debriefs.
• Custom lab hardware provisioning costs incurred for dedicated validator benchmarking clusters.
• Expedited delivery surcharges for urgent turnaround requests.
• Administrative wire transfer fees assessed by intermediary financial institutions.

4. Cancellations Initiated by Dime Research Notes

In the unlikely event that Dime Research Notes must cancel a consultation due to unforeseen analyst illness, emergency power/network outages in Bangkok, or severe technical constraints:

• You will be offered the immediate choice of priority rescheduling at your earliest convenience OR a 100% immediate full refund of all collected fees.

5. Refund Request Process & Processing Times

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit Written Request: Email contact@mindaxiscore.click with the subject line “Refund Request - [Your Name / Organization Name]”. Include your invoice reference number and reason for cancellation.
2. Review & Acknowledgment: Our billing desk in Bangkok will review the request against the timestamps and acknowledge receipt within one (1) business day.
3. Disbursement Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within five to seven (5–7) business days and credited back to the original method of payment (bank wire or institutional payment channel).
